TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT

We are looking for a driven full-time Technical Support Agent to join our fabulous Customer Success Team. You will be part of a successful high-performance SaaS Digital Asset Management (DAM) company and will be working with our international enterprise customers and bring them the best possible support.

You are continuously looking for ways to improve your professional skills and grow with your role.

What you’ll do at QBank 

You are first-line support and (often) the first point of contact whenever a customer is in need of support. You will identify and troubleshoot to provide solution-oriented customer service, when necessary you escalate the issue to second line support. You will manage support tickets mainly concerning backend and media portals/frontends.

You have an advisory role and can analyze and identify if there is room for upgrades or enhancements in our customers’ solutions. You are also a great contributor of new ideas and features to the other Teams. You share your knowledge in our Knowledge Base, writing articles, guides and interacting in our online user community.

Skills 

  • 1-3 years of experience from customer support
  • Experience from working with Zendesk or similar tools
  • You are comfortable and proficient in spoken and written professional English and Swedish
