Welcome 2015!
We’re kicking off the new year with lots of new projects and hopefully you are too. One of the things that kept us busy just before the holidays was the launch of our knowledge base. It’s a support center where we’ve collected everything there is to know about QBank in order to help our clients in their work with our product. We’ve divided the knowledge base into three categories – getting started, the knowledge base itself and support.

Getting started

In this category we’ve focused on including guides how to get started with QBank, with an introduction to QBank, its workflow and some basic functions. It’s aimed to those new to QBank in order to get an overview of the system. Some of the articles include guides to working with images and folders, uploading and deploying files as well as overall introductions to QBank.

Knowledge base

This is where we’ve tried to add everything there is to know about QBank, and then some. Some of the articles here include sharing and distributing files, using moodboards, posting to social media and other outputs and guides to using API. We’ve also added some client cases to help illustrate the different ways QBank can be used for different organizations.

Support

Under support we’ve added our most frequently asked questions. This helps us discover the main questions about QBank which makes it easier for us to improve it.
