The first one is the running subscription fee for access to the software, where the cost drivers are; 1) the edition of QBank, 2) your need for storage capacity, 3) the number of admins with support and in some cases, 4) extra bandwidth capacity.
The second cost area is the implementation project and media portal design.
We provide the connectors as an add-on for every edition of QBank. There is an unique connector for each tool that you choose to integrate. The cost is based on the number of admins using it and the the number of sites you connect.
The monthly fee normally include updates to the latest version of the connector, if not limited by unknown dependencies. The standard package include 10 admins and one deployment site but there are no technical limitations to add as many sites and admins as you wish.
The connectors can be configured to support multiple sites.
